Internship
All B.Sc. and M.Sc. students are required to complete an internship as a requirement of their coursework. The Placement Cell assists students in applying for internships. The aim of the internship is to widen the student’s perspective and to help them understand the real-life implications of the theoretical frameworks learned in class. It gives the students an opportunity to experience and appreciate real-world challenges in the areas of research and business.
The Internship selection process starts in the month of December. Selection is typically based on the written tests, student research papers, and personal interview. Students are required to submit a project report of their internship and present this report to a panel of faculty for evaluation. The student’s grades on their internships form a part of the final CGPA.
